From Tulum airport
Tulum International is 59 km away, around 45 minutes on federal highway 307.
From Cancún
Roughly 1 h 45 min on the 307. Rental car or private transfer both work.
From Playa del Carmen
47 km, about 35 minutes. ADO buses and colectivos also stop at Chemuyil.
Once in Chemuyil
Look for Av. Las Palmas. Message us when you reach the village and we will give you the last turn.

How is a booking confirmed and paid?
You write to us on WhatsApp or through the form, we confirm availability for your dates, and we send you the payment link to secure the booking. We charge in Mexican pesos (MXN).
How much is a night?
$1,500 MXN per night, for both the King Villa and the Double Villa, breakfast included. Rates may vary in high season; we confirm at the time of booking.
What does the stay include?
Breakfast, WiFi, air conditioning, access to the clothing optional pool and the shared kitchen, private parking, and one pet if you are travelling with one.
Can I book the whole hotel?
Yes. Eight villas suit a retreat or a small group. Send us your dates and numbers and we will put a proposal together.
Is it my first time in a naturist space?
Very welcome. There is no pressure of any kind: clothing is optional, never required. If you want to know what to expect, we wrote a guide for your first time.
