1. About the property
Villas Ahal is a naturist hotel at Av. Las Palmas, Manzana 2, Lote 1 y 2, Chemuyil, C.P. 77774, Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. By booking or staying with us, you accept these terms and the hotel's house rules.
2. Adults only
Access and accommodation are reserved exclusively for people over 18. No minors are accommodated under any circumstances, and no cots or extra beds are available for them. The hotel may request official identification at check-in.
3. Naturist character and house rules
Villas Ahal is a clothing optional space: clothing is optional, never required, in the designated common areas. Clothing is required in the kitchen and dining area, on hygiene grounds, and in the car park, which opens onto the public road.
By staying with us, you expressly agree to:
- Respect other people's consent at all times.
- Not photograph or record other people without their explicit permission.
- Refrain from any explicit sexual behaviour in common areas.
- Make no comments about other people's bodies.
Villas Ahal is not a swingers club and not a partner exchange venue. Breaching these rules entitles the hotel to end the stay without refund.
4. Bookings, rates and payment
- Bookings are requested by WhatsApp, email or the website form, and are confirmed only when the hotel notifies you in writing.
- The reference rate is $1,500 MXN per night per villa, breakfast included. Rates may vary by season and are confirmed at the time of booking.
- Prices are quoted in Mexican pesos (MXN).
- The deposit, accepted payment methods and minimum stay applying to your booking will be communicated to you in writing when it is confirmed.
5. Cancellations and changes
The cancellation conditions applying to your booking will be communicated to you in writing at the time of confirmation, together with the rest of the payment conditions.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested through the same channel used to make the booking.
6. Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 3 pm.
- Check-out: until 12 pm.
- Reception operates 24 hours, but we ask you to let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed beforehand.
7. Pets
Pets are welcome at no extra cost. Guests are responsible for their behaviour, their cleanliness and any damage they may cause to the property or to third parties.
8. Conduct and use of the facilities
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
- Parties and stag or hen celebrations are not permitted during an ordinary stay. Private events — celebrations, intimate weddings, gatherings and retreats — take place only when the venue has been booked in advance, under the conditions agreed in writing with the hotel.
- The pool has no lifeguard; use is at the guest's own risk.
- We ask you to keep noise moderate, particularly at night.
- Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the property or its furnishings.
9. Liability
The hotel accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the villas or common areas, nor for accidents arising from improper use of the facilities or from activities carried out off the premises.
10. Tours and experiences
Experiences the hotel helps to arrange — tours, massage, private dinners, transfers — may be delivered by independent third parties, subject to their own conditions, availability and pricing.
11. Intellectual property
The texts, logo, visual identity and photographs on this site belong to Villas Ahal and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the state of Quintana Roo.
